Practices
Practices are held at various locations and times for your convenience (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays).
We require that all participants attend at least 1 practice per week during our in-season schedule and that they maintain good school grades.

1 Free Practice
Not sure if your kid will like cross country? You can bring them to 1 practice for free to see how they like it. Contact Coach Michele to coordinate attending your free practice. Email michele@ruggedrunning.com.
Communication
All communication is done through our team app on sportsYou. This includes practice and meet schedules, sharing of photos, chat feature, coach tips, etc.
Meets
Meets are held at various locations around Colorado. Your registration fees cover all meet entry fees except for the state, regional, and national meets.
Cross Country meets start in September and are typically on Saturday mornings. All schedule information is in our team SportsYou app.
Who This is For
We serve youth birth years 2006 - 2017. Athletes born in 2005 are also eligible if they do not turn 19 on or before 7-24-2024.
This program is specifically for those wanting to compete in racing at any level. Although this program is competitive, we will help you grow, have fun and achieve your goals!
Cost
$350 for April - December. Registration fee includes your entry fees into all regular season cross country races and your running kit that includes a jersey and shorts.

USATF Annual Membership (required) $30

Regional, and National Meet entry fees - approximately $20-$30 per race

Options to purchase additional MMXC apparel. i.e. running pants, t-shirts, hoodie, etc.

Program Investment:
$350.00 for August -December 2024 (This includes practices, regular season cross country meets, as well as your meet Jersey and Shorts). This does not include entries for extra summer fun races/regionals or nationals. More information upon request. See the services page for more info.

USATF Annual Youth Membership - $30 (required) -> you will currently select Mountain Movers XC, and must submit a birth certificate( this can take several days to process) click here
